Refund Policy
100% Refunds until April 24, 2026
Registered participants can request a 100% refund (minus the BikeReg fee) until midnight EDT on April 24, 2026. Refunds can be requested only by emailing julie@longtailproductions.com before midnight EDT on April 24, 2026.
50% refunds if your race has a waitlist until May 18, 2026
If there is a waitlist for the event you are registered for and you cannot participate, you can remove yourself from the event in your BikeReg dashboard between April 25, 2026, and May 18, 2026. We will then provide you with a 50% refund (minus the BikeReg fee) and allow another athlete to participate.
If your race does not have a waitlist, no refund will be given after April 24, 2026.
Transfer of Entry
Participants may request to transfer their entry to another athlete between April 25, 2026, and before midnight EDT on May 18, 2026. Transfers can be made by participants in their BikeReg account before midnight on May 18, 2026.
Refund Deadline
No race fee refunds or transfers will be given after midnight EDT on May 18, 2026.
